In 1992 Peter Lippens, together with 3 business friends from The Netherlands, Ireland and UK, founded a group of independent raw material distribution companies: Indis Group. This group was created to conduct business in a unique and very open way, providing assistance and combining market information and resources to enhance business opportunities within the group. At present the group has expanded to around 20 members around the globe, all involved in raw materials distribution on an international scale.
